At Affairs of the Heart Counselling Service, I offer personalised fees tailored to individual needs, discussed in a free 15 – minute consultation.
Payments
Payments are processed through a virtual terminal – a secure service where you can make card payments over the phone. Please note that payment is due at the time of booking. After the initial session, you may choose to pay per session or book a block of appointments in advance.
Cancellation
Please note cancellation or non-attendance with less than 24 hours’ notice (for whatever reason) will result in the full session fee being charged. If a pre-booked session is unattended without notification after 15 minutes, it will be assumed the session has been cancelled.
