Crisis Support

Affairs of the Heart is not a mental health support service and cannot provide emergency assistance. However, there are many organisations that can offer help and support.

If you are in crisis and need to talk, the organisations below provide free helplines. You can also call these helplines for advice if you are worried about someone else.

Mental Health Support & Crisis Helplines

Immediate Support

If you are in immediate danger or feel like harming yourself or others, call 999 or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.

For non-emergency medical support, call NHS 111. This free service is available 24/7 and can direct you to local crisis support services and provide health advice.
